SHIPPING POLICY

All our pieces are made-to-order with love and a dash of sass. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–7 business days to fulfill, followed by shipping times that vary based on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We don't do returns or exchanges for reasons like "I changed my mind" or "Oops, wrong size." Our items are crafted just for you, so please double-check your order details before confirming.

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives looking like it had a rough day, don't worry! Here's what to do:

  1. Snap clear photos of the damaged item and the packing slip.

  2. Email us at chiccharade2@gmail.com  within 30 days of receiving your order.

  3. We'll coordinate with our production partner to get a replacement sent your way, free of charge.

Please note: We require photographic evidence to process any claims for damaged or defective items.
